TAK Music Venue is a live music performance venue for bands, music ensembles & individuals to perform on a stage with high quality sound, lighting and video.
Story
TAK Music Venue was formed in the Summer of 2018. It is owned and operated by Todd Carlson. Todd lives in Moorhead, MN with his wife, Kirstin and two sons, Nathan and Aiden. Music is an important part of the Carlson’s lives. Todd is a drummer and has played in several bands since he was in high school and currently plays for Red River Worship. Kirstin is an accomplished flautist and a band director with Fargo Public Schools. Nathan plays trombone and Aiden plays trumpet. The name TAK comes from “Todd And Kirstin”. The slogan for the business is “TAK, where music comes first”. The mission at TAK is to provide an unequaled experience for the entertainment that performs there as well as for the people attending the events. The vision is to create a space for a wide variety of musical acts to perform. This will be accomplished by having a high-quality venue which includes a large stage and high-quality sound, lighting and video equipment and an expert staff at the controls. The seating area can be customized with tables and chairs to the desire of the entertainment. A green room and private bathroom are available for the use of the entertainment. TAK has a full liquor license and also serves non-alcoholic beverages. Food is available for events at the request of the entertainment. Most performances at TAK will be open to all ages. TAK will also be available for wedding receptions and private parties.
